The epitome of a small town girl, Tracy grew up in the colorfully rural setting of South Central Kentucky. She read her first romance novel at twelve, igniting a love affair with the genre that burns brightly to this day.

Tracy spends the majority of her free time writing or working on web design projects. She is also an active member of RWA and her local chapter, KYRWA. When time permits, she participates in several online writing groups, as well.

She still resides in Kentucky with her husband, son, and four dogs, taking full advantage of the friendly, hometown atmosphere that accompanies peaceful country living.
